Implementation of the Rybalskyi Peninsula concept began with construction of two residential buildings with a high rate of unification. Each block consists of 6 houses and a two-storey parking lot under the yard. Each house has its appearance and unique planning structure that forms 45 types of apartments in each quarter and provides options for individual choice. There was a boulevard implemented, which runs along the first phase quarters and connects the city with the first floors. The former industrial territories have acquired a new identity and now they are increasingly opening up to the city.
