The small site (0.177 ha) is located in the Kyiv city center, near the St. Nicolay cathedral. Client asked for a high-rise building with unique facade design. The problem was that the plot is surrounded with residential buildings, so we had to provide required insolation and fire separation distance. That is why the new building got this narrow terraced volume. Randomly placed windows are getting larger from the buttom up and became panoramic on the top. Facade is cladded with terracota glased tiles.
